Heart Health Qld Inc. was established in 2024 as a non-profit incorporated organisation dedicated to providing one-on-one support to individuals who have experienced heart events. We prioritise maintaining visitation at Logan Hospital, offering post-rehabilitation exercise programs, building a supportive network for carers post discharge, and extending support to all members of heart patients' families.

Personalised Support

We provide tailored one-on-one support to individuals recovering from heart events and their care giver/partners, ensuring a holistic approach to healing.

Fundraising Initiatives

We organise fund raising activities to purchase necessary equipment to support patients, their care givers and the community at large
